How it works
One call or a short form gets your slab in front of a contractor who works your area. Here's what happens.
You call or send a request
Tell us where you live and which concrete moved: driveway, walk, patio, garage floor, steps or a public sidewalk panel.
We connect you with a local company
We send the call or request to an independent lifting contractor that serves the Mankato area.
The company handles the job
They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.
What we are and aren't
Mankato Concrete Lifting is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.
Minnesota doesn't license contractors who offer only one specialty, such as concrete work, so a lifting company may not hold a state license. A contractor who does more than one trade for you, like concrete plus carpentry, generally needs a residential building contractor or remodeler license from the Department of Labor and Industry. Either way, ask for proof of liability insurance, a written quote that names the material (foam or slurry), and the warranty terms in writing. For anything in the city right-of-way, ask the contractor to confirm the permit with your city first.
